your reservation
. How does the cancellation process work?
If you wish to cancel your booking, you Can do so

have your booking confirmation code to
hand. In case you want to cancel your reservation
later, any cancellation fees may be charged according
to our cancellation policy.

a reservation
Will I receive written confirmation of
my hotel booking?
You will receive written confirmation of your booking, via email, immediately
after your booking is completed. That means, you will get an email right after
payment with Reservation

How
can I pay you? What kind of payment do
you accept?
We use Paypal secure
payment getaway . Once you make the reservation you
redirected to paypal
secure
server
where you can make
the payment.
Is it necessary to pay in advance for
my Reservation with Mythos Hotel?
Yes if you wish to secure your reservation is necessary
a minimum advance payment 30% of the total cost of
the Rental Unit for the days booked. Our Reservation
system calculates the deposit automatically and redirects
you to Paypal secure payment getaway to pay your
reservation deposit .The rest of the amount is paid
to us upon arrival to Mythos Hotel.
How can I get
refund from you if I have to cancel my reservation?
We usually make refunding directly to your bank
account; in this case, we need the following information
from
you: account number, issuing Bank and its address,
holder's full name, nationality, birth date and
the billing address.
Note: There is a fee for money transfer, but we
are always trying to find a bank with lowest fee
so you're
refund will be as higher as possible.
Do children get discounts?
It depends upon the age of your children:
Any child
over the age of 12 is considered as an adult thus
will
no
longer
get
any
discount.
